I absolutely love that delirious tired feeling you get after a hard workout. It lets you know that you accomplished something. My work out is my favorite part of the day. At the gym I don't have any worries everything that was stressing me out before fades into the background. I am able to lose my self in my workout. Recently they weather has been nice enough for me to run outside. I prefer running outside than on a treadmill because of the change of scenery. It is easier for me to distract my self!
